Refund Policy

At Le Bélier Co we take pride in knowing we only ship our customers the best quality products. We do quality assurance inspections of all our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept the return of used candles and do not offer exchanges at this time. 

We understand that accidents happen. If a product has been damaged during shipment please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a partial refund (no refund on shipping) or replace your item. Please be sure to include a photo of the damaged item and order number in your email.
